Prototec

                                    Prototec

Term 4, Week one, Rimu class started to go on this maths site called Prototec. If you don’t know what Prototec is it is to help with your Basic Facts and Times tables. There are several stages and this is good because it has different questions . Here are my Prototec scores. As you can see till Week 3 I did Stage 6 then I got 40 out of 40 and now I am on Stage 7!  I found the Times Tables easy and I found the Basic Facts hard.     How wonderful to see that you are looking at different ways to learn and reinforce your basic facts knowledge. Have you considered ways that you use basic facts in your everyday life? For instance; if you brought the principal an apple 5 times a week for 8 weeks and each apple had four pips - How many apple trees could the principal possibly grow?
